Literally just called to ask questions about oil heat, whoever the lady is that answers the phone has no customer service skills what so ever. Not only was she rude but she completely just laughed at me because Im not a fuel customer. Someone needs to teach this lady some manners.

I am in a rental due to a house fire a year ago. I have never used this type of heating system before, and one day just realized that I was out of fuel because the heat was not working. I called Miller Fuel Supply, as the homeowners said that is who they have always used! The owner's wife Susan Miller of this company Miller Fuel Supply is one of the nastiest people I have ever had the displeasure to do business with, and we deal with quite a few businesses as we are in business as well. There is a lady there that handles all the customers, Susan Miller, she really needs to learn how to talk to people. I would not suggest this business. If you can choose a different fuel supply by all means do. They will leave you freezing on a cold night, and tell you its because they are having dinner with friends? Would never run a business like that!
