Let Tevis know I would call them when I needed a delivery. They delivered anyways. Their price is about $1.00 per gallon more expensive then other local companies in the area. I was under the impression I was in a rate lock program, but this was not the case. They do have a rate lock program but no one offerred or explained this when I called. Very disappointed. I will not be using them in the future.
When scheduling my delivery as a new customer, I asked for two things: 1- the driver call when they were on their way so I could ensure I was not on any important work calls (working from home right now); 2- the driver should wear a mask if they were entering my home. The scheduler agreed to both requests. Day of: 1- The driver did not call ahead of time (I was caught in the middle of an important meeting); 2- the driver did not have a mask and still expected to enter my house... Disappointing customer service.
Tevis is very friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and responsive in an emergency situation.
I've been a customer for over 30 years and Tevis has been a great supplier of heating products. Their service department has kept our furnace in great shape for years. I'm happy to be one of their customers.
