Experienced techs answered all questions and walked through the installation process. Furnace replacement went smoothly and I'm happy with the pricing and results. Will be continuing with the company for future maintenance and would strongly recommend.
Complete new system went well and they were neat and cleaned up.
Jens came and gave my family a very thorough inspection and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable as well as his whole team! He took his time and did an awesome job. They installed an amazing new Carrier furnace and I feel very comfortable calling them with any questions that I may have in the future. We also will be getting a new AC from them this spring.
Called Teutonic in the evening expecting to hear back from them the next day, but Jens called back right away and was happy to set up a time to fix my garage heater. He arrived first thing the next morning and fixed it within 5 minutes! Turns out there was a switch on the wall that someone had flipped to off.
