I just received your unsolicited mail concerning your funeral plans and prices. You should be ashamed of yourselves. How very inappropriate, In this times of sadness and desperation your ad went over like a lead balloon. I would put Tetrick down there with ambulance chasers but that would give ambulance chasers a bad name Shame on you all!
We employed the services of Tetrick's Bluff City chapel for my grandmother's service. The funeral director tasked with arranging the service was short with us and seemed disinterested in providing any actual help. Both me and my family were all displeased with the treatment we received. We have used Tetrick in the past, but I'm not sure that we will again.
