These are the three orange buildings on Sarnia across from the softball fields. Possibly the worst I've ever seen in Winona. The buildings smell horrific. Carpet is decades+ old, soiled, smelly and completely unacceptable. People who live there (and their belongings) actually smell like mold. I have visited friends here twice and CAN'T go back.

I had an efficiency here and it was wonderful. The rent is affordable and the rooms are clean and standard. I hope to move into a one bedroom in the future.
