none of the numbers or websites I found work for these Teton loft apts. are they even legit?
I lived in Teton Lofts for four years. The property managers have always been friendly. Over time, regular maintenance has declined; which resulted in a severe infestation of bedbugs. Fortunately, this forced owners into providing routine pest control, but this is the only preventative maintenance that they do. The failure to vacuum the hallways that lead to the spread of the bedbugs has just gotten worse. I have been here for a little over 2 years and I pay $575 for my place I have a cat they make you pay a $200 deposit for your pet and then they charge you an extra $25 every month that's where the 75 came from I rent is 550 it's a studio apartment they provide the heat but no AC if you have an AC and you use it they charge you $35 more a month they do provide you with a washer and dryer which is good for people like me I'm disabled I'm not able to leave the apartments very easily they are very nice people actually it was a l... read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! BED BUGS found the first time I slept in my apartment! Went to live with family while bugs were to be taken care of, went back to apartment when exterminator stated bugs were gone, but found more bugs within 2hours of coming back into the apartment.
