This is a beautiful facility with everything you could hope for in a community rec center. I am so glad Jackson finally updated this facility so that locals can have an affordable place to work out!
Where’s the zero star option?! Honestly we are all very disappointed in the new changes. Been taking our 2 kids here for years. 3 weeks ago we were all ok to take our youngest down the slide with us. Today was different. All of the sudden we can’t ride doubles, the kids that could ride the slide a week ago can’t anymore. Been coming here my whole life, just brought our 3 kids and my 2 nephews who 4/5 of them have all rode the slides before. Show up today and apparently they changed the rules in the past few days in height requirements and no riding doubles with an adult. Lifeguards on top of the slide was incredibly rude about our, and other people’s questions about the abrupt change. Changing this after so many years should have been displayed. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
