My initial contact was with Richelle. I told her I have a 1/2" discrepancy between my left and right length. We initially talked about a lift. I stopped at the clinic there was a 3/8" lift. Well she mentioned they could measure it. She checked me out found out it wasn't 3/8" it was 1/2". Made me a 1/2" lift and said try it for a week. She did this for no fee. I did told her I would like a full lift and said I need a doctors referral. Not happy about that did it and the rest is to come. Next Megan took over from there, worked... read more
