All the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Sara who fitted me for my knee brace was very polite and took her time to make sure I could put it on by myself with no issues after I got home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their assistance and products.
Rex did an amazing job fitting a brace to my daughter's arm. He clearly cares about the comfort of his patients. The office staff were friendly and helpful.
Very friendly very respectful very courtesy even though I miss my appointment and I was in the wrong building they was very nice about it and directed me to the right location I respect that they are very courtesy here they should keep up the good work God bless you
We always have a wonderful visit when it comes to my daughter’s braces. She was casted for her smo in May 2024. It helped so much, I wished we would’ve done it sooner! When we needed an adjustment, they got us in quickly. For anyone who has worn or has a child who has worn smo/afo’s knows how difficult it is to find shoes. When my 8yo decided to try soccer this fall, we called Lance and order the widest soccer cleat we could find. We have been going to Hanger Clinic with our son, who is almost 2 for just over a year. The professionalism and kindness from everyone there is so comforting. Appointments can be hard with a younger kid but the lobby is very kid friendly, and they put on movies for us when he gets restless. They have great rooms depending on the needs of the child, and every time we go for an appointment we feel like we are part of a family.
