Hanger Clinic was paid by my car insurance company after an accident. The insurance said the cost for the item was limited based on state of Michigan rates. So the insurance company paid based on the limit. I sent an email from the insurance company detailing this information and instead of reading or addressing it they sent it to collections for $43.20. Their billing department in NOT in the state of Michigan and doesn't know our laws.
Lance and his team at Hanger Clinic were very helpful when my daughter needed a helmet following a skull surgery. They really made our helmet journey painless. We can’t recommend Lance enough. He always welcomed us with a smile, answered our questions, and took a genuine interest in our lives and helmet journey.
We are very grateful to this office and Lance and Tina. Visits here are always helpful. We feel supported and encouraged.
All the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Sara who fitted me for my knee brace was very polite and took her time to make sure I could put it on by myself with no issues after I got home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their assistance and products.
Rex did an amazing job fitting a brace to my daughter's arm. He clearly cares about the comfort of his patients. The office staff were friendly and helpful.
