We brought my son in to be fitted for a piece of equipment in early July and had an appointment to come back on August 7 to get the equipment. On August 7, the people who worked here had no idea why we were there and they forgot to order my son’s equipment. They told me they’d fix the issue and my son’s equipment would be available in a week. It has now been two months since he’s been measured for the equipment and we have still not received the equipment from Teeter. No communication from them whatsoever. My child would now... read more
