Helpful, courteous, upbeat. Great!
I'm very dissatisfied with this company. They gave me the wrong brace by changing what my foot specialist doctor wanted for me. The next time I saw him, he was pissed and yelled at me for it. He wouldn't even look at my ankle, order X-rays or anything to see what was causing all of the pain I was in. All he did was angrily lecture me for having the wrong brace. Lynn & Sarah are amazing. They work around your schedule the best that they can. They're super on point with getting things done in a timely manner, especially insurance issues. You can immediately tell when first meeting the staff that they care beyond expectations. Lynn (prosthetic specialist) is incredibly informative. It shows clearly when she's working with you one on one. She definitely knows what she's doing. And she's very diligent in the work that she does. ***Please note, after my complaint about my service and the unsafe prosthesis Lynn provided me, I was sent a letter by Hangar stating no other Hangar will ever see me. This? Is how Lynn and Hangar deal with constructive criticism - like a child.*** I've never had to attend appointments with a prosthetist so often for adjustments, and Lynn can't seem to make me a leg that lasts or stays comfortable past a couple weeks. Repairs consistently take at least two trips when they shouldn't. If you have another option? Maybe take it.... read more
