I went in June of 2023 to get a big walking boot before surgery, Doug was very thorough on how to use it and how to care for it. Fast forward to May 2024 and my Dr prescribed an ExoSym brace for me, Doug did everything in making sure my brace was a comfortable fit for me and that I would be happy to wear it. I am happy to wear it and very thankful to the staff.
Everyone was nice and it seems like a good environment
