I have been a loyal customer of Testo restaurant for 17 years, I knew Mr. And Mrs. Testo from their visits with Saratoga Gaming and Raceway. Tonight I called for delivery at 7:30. Pizza, antipasto and fried mushrooms. Told me 45 min to 1 hour. At 8:45 I started calling only to get answering machine. No delivery. ..Finally, they answer. .tell me someone cancelled my order 45 mins ago. Really??? Such a bullshitter. Will never order again. . Your parents would be ashamed of what has happened to their business.
