I regret ever hiring this roofing contractor. They gave me a good sales pitch, but once the work began, everything went downhill. The job was rushed, they damaged my gutters, and they left piles of debris in my driveway. I asked them to clean it up, but they never did. A few weeks later, part of the flashing came loose during a storm. When I called for warranty repair, they completely ignored me. Very dishonest and unreliable company.

The team that showed up and were respectful to my home. They arrived on time and finished the project in the time they stated in the estimate. I was very pleased with this as, I have had people work on my home previously and timeframe, and extra costs played a huge factor in who I choose to work on my home. Thank you Testament roofing and Construction, for prepping me for the upcoming season.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Zack and his team did! From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Zack was honest, professional, and always made sure I understood every step of the process. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything cleaner than they found it. The worst roofing experience I’ve ever had. The workers were unskilled and unsupervised. They left gaps along the roof edges and didn’t install the ridge vent properly. When I questioned them, they acted annoyed and said it was “fine.” I had another contractor come to inspect their work, and he found multiple code violations. Now I’m paying twice to fix their mistakes. Avoid this company if you value quality or peace of mind.

This company overpromises and underdelivers. They told me the roof replacement would take three days — it took almost two weeks. Every day there was a new excuse: missing materials, weather delays, or “short staff.” The workers left nails all over my yard and even damaged my garden fence. When I tried to speak with the project manager, he stopped answering my calls after getting the final payment. Completely unprofessional and careless from start to finish.
