I am very fortunate to have found Testa Heights Apartments. The building is kept in tip top shape - maintenance, appearance, cleanliness. The apartments are spacious and lovely. The managerial team is professional, extremely competent, friendly, alert, proactive, and actively evaluating, following through, and being present in situations that may arise in the building or for residents. A very good place to live and be welcomed!
