My dad had a eight day respite stay here. On the second day a nurse put white distilled vinegar in his oxygen concentrator instead of distilled water. He inhaled it no less than six hours. By the fifth day I was able to get him back home. He had many complications after this incident. Twenty four days after the incident, he passed away.
This is a beautiful facility very homey feeling. The staff there is wonderful.
