Very unfriendly and rude receptionist!! I walk in and she's on her phone watching videos and didn't acknowledge I was standing there until I said something. Please fire your receptionist because that's unacceptable for a professional position so maybe yall can put her cleaning toilets or something instead . Thank you
I cannot help but note there are a lot of low-rated reviews for the local Little Clinic, but I had a great experience. I sought treatment on a Saturday for a small abscess that was quite uncomfortable. Given that I was ill on a Saturday and the next day was Easter Sunday, I felt like something open near me in Goodlettsville made the most sense vs. seeking a physician for help. The lady at the reception is the rudest person I've ever seen in my life
First of all there is no way to get a hold of the actual clinic staff. I have to call through a genetic customer service line then they send the message then if they call back. I am very unhappy.
The staff at this location is so rude. I walked in when they opened at 8:30. There were no patients there and they said they had a patient scheduled for 9 am and they couldn’t see me till 10:40. The lady at the front desk has no customer service skills. She was rude, dismissive and barely acknowledged me when I spoke to her. I waited until 10:40 and sat for 20 minutes before giving up and leaving.
