Si pudiera poner -5 estrellas lo haría! La atención de la recepcionista es horrible, ruda, antipática, creo que ella odia su trabajo y se desquita con los pacientes! Me parece que deberían tener empatia con quienes van a la atención médica, NO ES GRATIS! tienen falta de humanidad! Y al parecer por los comentarios anteriores no hacen nada, ni resuelven! Buscaré algún medio para poner una denuncia formal por el maltrato del personal hacia el paciente! La atención de hoy ha sido pésima, por parte de la recepcionista!
Very unfriendly and rude receptionist!! I walk in and she's on her phone watching videos and didn't acknowledge I was standing there until I said something. Please fire your receptionist because that's unacceptable for a professional position so maybe yall can put her cleaning toilets or something instead . Thank you
I cannot help but note there are a lot of low-rated reviews for the local Little Clinic, but I had a great experience. I sought treatment on a Saturday for a small abscess that was quite uncomfortable. Given that I was ill on a Saturday and the next day was Easter Sunday, I felt like something open near me in Goodlettsville made the most sense vs. seeking a physician for help. The lady at the reception is the rudest person I've ever seen in my life
First of all there is no way to get a hold of the actual clinic staff. I have to call through a genetic customer service line then they send the message then if they call back. I am very unhappy.
