I have been going to The Little clinic for a few years now, once a week to get allergy shots. I am allergic to pretty much everything. The nurses are amazing! They go above and beyond their regular duties. They are kind, friendly and I actually look forward to visiting each week
Efficient, friendly, and quick!
The front desk attendant/“nurse” was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was hardly greeted and my son and I were made to feel as if we were a burden for showing up for our scheduled appointment. She also didn’t give very good instructions for what my son needed to do when we entered the exam room and was mumbling under a mask. The practitioner that we saw was fine, but I do not recommend going here in a stressful situation as the front desk lady made an already stressful situation, even more stressful.
The lady at the front desk must have had a really bad morning. She was not interested at all in making patients feel welcome, and when she did speak her tone was very short and irritated. She never spoke when she took vitals once I was in the room. Seemed like I was a real interruption to her day. The NP was.kind fairly thorough, but I'll be finding a new clinic to visit that is a bit more friendly. If you're gonna be the first impression of a business, make sure it's a good one.
I agree with all the negative reviews of the receptionist. Her name is Crystal and no one will do anything about her. I drive out of my way to go to the Hendersonville Little Clinic because of this awful experience. Crystal sits there frowning, doesn’t look up, and mumbles “you got an appointment?” She was eating her breakfast one morning when I appeared and acted like I was interrupting her.
