I agree with all the negative reviews of the receptionist. Her name is Crystal and no one will do anything about her. I drive out of my way to go to the Hendersonville Little Clinic because of this awful experience. Crystal sits there frowning, doesn’t look up, and mumbles “you got an appointment?” She was eating her breakfast one morning when I appeared and acted like I was interrupting her. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman at check-in was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. She seemed disinterested and unwilling to do her job, which made the experience frustrating from the start. That said, the doctor was wonderful — kind, professional, and attentive — which was the only positive part of the visit. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction left such a bad impression that it overshadowed everything else. Something seriously needs to be addressed.
Ms.Nance is one of the most kind individuals I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. It felt as she really cared about me and what I was going through. I was waiting on my prescription right across the way she took the time to come find me and ask me a couple more questions. She is a very genuine human. Thank you so much Dr.Nance
The staff that greets you is horrible with zero customer service given at all. The doctors there are nice and easy to interact with, but the person at the front that greets everyone has been pretty nasty every time we visit
Si pudiera poner -5 estrellas lo haría! La atención de la recepcionista es horrible, ruda, antipática, creo que ella odia su trabajo y se desquita con los pacientes! Me parece que deberían tener empatia con quienes van a la atención médica, NO ES GRATIS! tienen falta de humanidad! Y al parecer por los comentarios anteriores no hacen nada, ni resuelven! Buscaré algún medio para poner una denuncia formal por el maltrato del personal hacia el paciente! La atención de hoy ha sido pésima, por parte de la recepcionista!
