Watch out for those 20% rent increases.
The new management is awful. Whatever you ask the typical response will be "NO". I spent 2 days cleaning the whole apartment and they still charged me for cleaning fees. Their response was "just because you left it in pristine condition, we charged you the basic one (which is 220$). If it was not cleaned before you turn it back to us, it would have been much more" The new management sucks at understanding the needs of residents.
