As a body worker myself, I'm extremely snobby about the quality of massage I receive. Tessa is top notch. I especially recommend her for hyper mobile people and those wanting to increase their body awareness. Tessa is grounded, kind, skilled, intuitive and intelligent.
Tessa is so wonderful. She takes the time to help you truly feel what in your body is saying to you. She then uses her vast experience to explore the root of your discomfort. I went to her for because my body felt uncomfortable and stuck in one position. After just a couple of sessions I was able to move in ways I felt like I hadn’t been able to in years. She’s a great massage therapist and better person. Highly recommend having a session with her.

Tessa is masterful at meeting you wherever your comfort currently lies with the ideas of massage and integrative bodywork.
