Started out badly,but I'm actually glad I gave her another chance. Everyone has an off day,and yes she's very no nonsense and comes off stiff. But she's actually been super nice the last 2 times and helped me get referrals and medications I've needed for awhile.
Newer patient, have had two appts. Doc was business-like but nice. Listened to my questions. But, in both appts she never listened to my heart, looked in mouth or actually touched me. I think that's odd but things are changing.
