Absolutely love this clinic. The staff has always been courteous and helpful no matter where you are in the building. Dr Tessa Klinkhardt is AMAZING!! She really listens and gives you options as well so you feel like you have some control over the health situation. Started out badly,but I'm actually glad I gave her another chance. Everyone has an off day,and yes she's very no nonsense and comes off stiff. But she's actually been super nice the last 2 times and helped me get referrals and medications I've needed for awhile.
Newer patient, have had two appts. Doc was business-like but nice. Listened to my questions. But, in both appts she never listened to my heart, looked in mouth or actually touched me. I think that's odd but things are changing.
