Another excellent cooking class. Alan is a wonderful chef and amazing teacher. Looking forward to recreating the Moroccan recipes.
I adore Tess' Kitchen Store! The staff is always helpful and friendly. The products are quality and reasonably priced. One of my favorite things--THE COOKING CLASSES and CHEF'S TABLE. The Classes are hands-on and informative. The instructors are literally WORLD CLASS. I just attended my first Chef's Table last night led by Chef Alan and I have to tell you each dish was five-star.
