While getting fitted for my wedding dress, I was constantly given negative comments about my weight from Tess. At the last fitting she commented that I could lose a couple pounds. So much disrespect. You do not get to make comments like that to people. Especially people who are paying you to do a service. Treat others with kindness and respect no matter what.
pretty disappointed that my husband and all 5 of his wedding members spent hours being measured just to be given suits that were too small, too big, and just too many issues. One groomsman didnt even get his vest which ruined our photos. Really should have been offered at least partial refunds for all the mess ups, but lesson learned and will not be back.
RecommendedBest alterations EVER!!!! Tess shortened my 3 tiered wedding dress by removing the bottom layer of lace and made my veil out of it. She also removed the tulle and it turned out exactly as I wished! It was beautiful!
Not happy with the service and quality of products. I will not recommend this place.
We picked up my daughter's prom dress from this place today, paid $120 for a very shoddy job. The dress still had pins in it where it was supposed to be taken in. When we showed Tess, she immediately took the dress and made a 5 minute alteration that was supposed to be done on the 11th of April. Terrible alteration and experience.
Tess came through for us!! She is very professional and accommodating! I will definitely be back!!
Tess is awesome!! We have taken 2 dresses to Tess for alterations. Her work is impecable!!!
I was the best man in two weddings where we used Tess. Both times went great through them! This last one I went with the groom to check different places and they have identical suits to some of the more mainstream places for a much better price!
