If you have the chance to work with Teddy and his team you won’t regret it. I can’t recommend them more enthusiastically. My job relocated me out of state and Teddy was able to prepare, stage, show and close all while I was tending to my family needs and working in my new location. His team is warm, professional and a pleasure to work with. My listing received its highest offer on the first day of showings. YMMV, but Teddy certainly knows what he’s doing.
