I would’ve had a better experience if we wouldn’t have waited 15 minutes to get our menu’s/drink order. There was 5 employees standing by the door way/cash register looking right at us not knowing what to do. Some seemed like they didn’t want to be at work others need to work on their customer service. I’ll give it to one of the girl that apologized for the wait. They need to get employees that want to work
Worst service I've ever had! Server was too busy talking to their friends... took 30min just place a drink order!
We had chose this restaurant to enjoy a birthday dinner and was completely disappointed. What terrible service we had, we were ignored for a while because they were attending to people in the bar. The carnitas were awful, we were charged extra for shrimp for there to be hardly any shrimp at all. When we asked to switch the carnitas for a carne asada milanesa instead, the smell of the carne asada was awful because the meat was bad!! It made them so sick. The food is . I definitely recommend the molcajete de camaron. The sauce is tangy with a little bit of spice.
