These ladies are so sweet! I live in California and was coming back to Toronto for my wedding and I ordered clip in extensions online. The colour I ordered didn't end up matching my hair once I saw them in person. They were able to let me exchange them for the correct colour, without any fuss. My cousin went in store to do the exchange for me and said these girls were so friendly!

I wish i could rate them zero!!! They hardly know how to treat there customer , they won’t answer your call and the lady over the phone is so rude she doesn’t know how to answer a customer
I got two scalp treatments done at this place for my dandruff and I am so surprised with the results! I rarely have any dandruff left. I’ve tried different oils and shampoos before this but no such results! I also bought their shampoo and it’s been 100% working! I had to leave a review since I was skeptical in the beginning but now I would 100% recommend this place :)
