If you cancel your ride (within the prescribed limits), they don't refund your money. I need to lawyer up to get my $1600 back. Their service providers sound like they're in the Philippines and they're no help. Edit 08/19/2025. The day I posted this review they refunded my money right away--this was after 2 months of getting the run around. They did offer me a free $200 credit towards a future rental.
I REPEAT DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEIR COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this is well needed to inform people who think they are an honest company renting cars. They are a third party that rent other people cars out and up charge more than Toro. They charged me $900 to rent a Tesla for 6 days. This $900! Was not the cost of the rental days they force you to make a deposit of $500 and keep the deposit and lie and say you violated rules as to why they have to keep your deposit.
