Plusieurs défauts dès la livraison, plusieurs retours au service et beaucoup de temps perdu pour faire corriger des problèmes qui auraient dû être réglés avant la livraison. Le pire : certaines réparations promises verbalement n’ont ensuite jamais été reconnues. Tesla Test‑Drive Review Model Y I had an appointment scheduled for a Model Y test drive, and unfortunately the experience was one of the most lackluster I’ve ever had with any car manufacturer. Despite having a confirmed appointment, no one from Tesla greeted me, acknowledged my arrival, or offered any direction. We were simply told to “wait,” with no indication of where or for how long. We arrived for our appointment to test drive the Model Y .. and basically within 15 minutes wait .. we walked out with no one assisting us. If this is a reflection of Tesla customer service .. it makes one wonder what road assistance, etc. would be like. The only bonus .. we grabbed road snacks from the Service Department .. at least the 1 hour drive back home in our gas guzzler it wasn't for nothing. We're now having to rethink which auto dealer will get our business in the EV market unless Tesla can drive to our home.
