Simon is professional, efficient, and has a great sense of humor! He remembers his customers’ needs, follows through, and is always proactive in solving problems. He made the whole car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. Now I see why he’s a top salesperson — absolutely well deserved! Highly recommend working with him.
Danke an das Tesla Team von Tesla West Island! Tolle Erfahrung mit kompetenten und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Testfahrt online reserviert und vor Ort einen grandiosen Service erlebt.
Respectful staff but Very poor Customer Service from Tesla.
环境舒适
I had such a great experience with David at Tesla Pointe-Claire! He was incredibly patient and kind when I was having an issue with my Tesla visor, and he made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He had the problem fixed the very next morning in literally five minutes! His customer service was exceptional, and he was genuinely so sweet and helpful. It’s people like David who make such a difference in the overall customer experience. Thank you, David, for being so wonderful!
