Took delivery of my Model 3 and had a great experience. My salesperson, Mathew, gave me a warm welcome and was truly on his A game throughout the entire process! This was my first EV, he made me feel very comfortable by walking me through everything step by step and answering all of my questions. I’d definitely recommend visiting Mathew and his team.
I came in to fix a non-functioning horn on my Tesla and was quoted $800, which felt extremely excessive for the issue. When I asked for a breakdown or explanation, I was simply told “that’s the price.” I then asked if there was any flexibility, and the advisor said they could lower the price by removing new filters and windshield wipers, items I never requested or approved.
