The service quality and model is top notch. Easy communication and clear updates through Tesla App. Transparent pricing and energised, professional service staff members. Took my car in for its first service this week. Had steering and seat repairs under warranty plus tyre rotation and wiper blades replacement. The car came back close to brand new and they even got the scuff marks off the rims without any prompting. Amendment re my original experience with pickup schedule “disappointment.” 🥰 I find it difficult to admit fault. Why I can respect anyone who sincerely apologizes and tries to repair damage, as it takes courage, care, and intelligence. I respond appropriately to how I’m treated.
