Terrible service
Driving a Tesla is such a dream. I beckon the car to the front of the store when it rains. I never have to think about where I’m going anymore because Tesla just takes me and parks my car as well. It readies the climate for me every morning without my doing anything. I never have to worry about keeping my dog in the car in the heat.(dog mode) it always goes the speed limit unless I ask it to go faster. I use the mic to give it an address and it just goes. We took delivery on our 2026 Model Y on Tuesday, 9/23/25. The delivery process seemed rushed when indoctrinating us on the finer points of the vehicle and the very intense learning of the Display. We left with a number of questions we still had because the gentlemen working with us was already delivering another vehicle and was pretty busy. Also I had a higher expectation of how the vehicle was detailed, or the lack there of. The windows were water spotted and streaky, and so was the painted surfaces.
