I have never experienced such amazing customer service in my life. I brought my Tesla here for a windshield replacement and was helped by Leland. He was so fast and efficient when I was checking in for service, helped me pair my phone to a loaner in seconds and wished me a fun and happy rest of my day. I was in and out in minutes without feeling rushed at all they were just all happy to help me and seemed to love their job. We had such a great experience with Lucie! This was our first time purchasing a Tesla, and honestly, the whole process was a little nerve-racking since we were new to everything. We also flew in from out of state to pick up our car, so it was especially frustrating when we arrived and found out the car wasn’t ready because there were some issues that needed to be addressed.
