Reno Tesla service department is horrible took my car in for a warranty problem which took 3 weeks to get appointment and they new what part had to be replaced got there on time for appointment 45 minutes later they said they didn’t have part and had to order part totally wasted my time then made another appointment a couple weeks later and said it would only take about an hour today got to agreed time and they said leave car overnight and pick up at 5pm I had a fit and then said they would do it right then and take about an... read more
Terrible service
Driving a Tesla is such a dream. I beckon the car to the front of the store when it rains. I never have to think about where I’m going anymore because Tesla just takes me and parks my car as well. It readies the climate for me every morning without my doing anything. I never have to worry about keeping my dog in the car in the heat.(dog mode) it always goes the speed limit unless I ask it to go faster. I use the mic to give it an address and it just goes.
