Terrible experience Salesman left us unattended at the counter to take another customer on a demo drive.. didn’t even mention he would be back and no one else wanted to help us absolutely rude! Will never go back

We had an emergency with our 12V battery and the next available appointment wasn’t until the following week. Francis, the Service Center Lead, went above and beyond to help us get the battery replaced quickly and efficiently. His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.
Bait and switch. I hate having to write this review, but my experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. I went in to explore my options and was fully transparent with the sales rep about my trade-in vehicle, including the accident history, mileage, and wear and tear. Based on that information, I was quoted a trade-in value of $33,000 and given estimated monthly payments tied to that number and my credit tier.
