Everyone is always polite, kind, and the customer service is absolutely wonderful! The couple of times I had to go, the service had been outstanding!

This is our 3rd Tesla purchase - So let it be known that we are True Blue Tesla Fans. Recently purchased a used model 3 in late august & it had quite a few issues. First off there were multiple quarter size paint chips, so we purchased some Tesla touch up paint for like $80.00 online, & the wood on dash was getting rotted & faded - so that needed to be replaced. We were on vacation in Orlando when our Tesla Y had an issue with unable to charge at two supercharging station. We had Tesla towed to Tesla service center at Clermont. Mr. Soo Kim met us and expedited diagnosis in our walk in appointment. He advised us to leave the car at the center for thorough diagnostic to identify the charging issue and loaned Tesla. This might be the largest center in Florida, and it has the worst service in the country. After 3 hours waiting, they did even get to my car. I asked what was going on, and they said I would have to wait another 3 hours before the technician would start working on it. Why bother scheduling if they cannot even follow their own schedule? Never seen this in any other service center. And his comment was the cherry on top of the cake, "Have you never been to a Tesla Service Center!"
