Extremely disappointing diagnostic experience. I brought my vehicle to the Clermont Tesla Service Center specifically to diagnose serious issues that appeared immediately after a prior Tesla service at another location. No repairs were performed here — I was only seeking an objective evaluation. Extremely frustrating experience. I had to go back and forth repeatedly just to get an issue that should have been covered under warranty acknowledged. The process was confusing and time consuming. It felt like I had to fight for something that should have been straightforward from the start. While the service advisor eventually respected the warranty, it took far more effort than it should have. This is our 3rd Tesla purchase - So let it be known that we are True Blue Tesla Fans. Recently purchased a used model 3 in late august & it had quite a few issues. First off there were multiple quarter size paint chips, so we purchased some Tesla touch up paint for like $80.00 online, & the wood on dash was getting rotted & faded - so that needed to be replaced. When I first got my Tesla, I tried using electrified garage. Tesla Clermont has won me over with helpful service advisors, technical expertise, and quality work. Especially grateful this time - ended up being a faulty circuit that I am confident only Tesla could have resolved. Even grateful to Tesla corporate. Focus all around on getting my car back up to standard and treating me right as a customer.
Ignore the negative reviews, after dealing with Jordan I feel totally confident that Tesla Clermont is my best choice for service.
