No one spoke to me. Not sure why they're in the car business.
Came in to make our first ever Tesla purchase, and the poor level of service here changed our mind on the brand altogether. I've never experienced a place that had such a little interest in helping. Wouldn't even take the time to answer basic questions about the car even with it being our first experience with it
Extremely Disappointing Experience, Shame on TESLA SARASOTA! The salespeople here are amazing liars! I bought the car and agreed to pick it up in Miami because it was supposedly the faster option. The salesperson initially promised I could pick up my car by Tuesday the 24th, since it would arrive on Monday and they just needed one day to prepare it. That never happened. I recently took delivery of my Tesla, and prior to delivery it was noted that both rear wheels were scratched and would need to be replaced. However, only one of the damaged wheels was included in the final documentation. As a result, I am now being told that Tesla will only replace or repair one wheel, even though both rear wheels were identified as damaged before delivery. Extremely disappointing diagnostic experience. I brought my vehicle to the Clermont Tesla Service Center specifically to diagnose serious issues that appeared immediately after a prior Tesla service at another location. No repairs were performed here — I was only seeking an objective evaluation.
