I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Tesla Service Center in Clermont FL. I scheduled an appointment over three weeks in advance, and even with such a long wait, they completely failed to deliver. I dropped off my car early in the morning, expecting it to be taken care of that day. However, they only contacted me late in the afternoon to say that the car was still waiting for parts and wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Everyone is always polite, kind, and the customer service is absolutely wonderful! The couple of times I had to go, the service had been outstanding!

This is our 3rd Tesla purchase - So let it be known that we are True Blue Tesla Fans. Recently purchased a used model 3 in late august & it had quite a few issues. First off there were multiple quarter size paint chips, so we purchased some Tesla touch up paint for like $80.00 online, & the wood on dash was getting rotted & faded - so that needed to be replaced.
