Our experience was greatly assisted by Tyler, and the entirety of the process unfolded in a truly phenomenal manner. He provided us with extensive help and was exceptionally clear and informative throughout our interactions. Furthermore, engaging in conversation with him was a genuine joy, making the entire experience a distinct pleasure.
This was my first time experiencing Tesla service since getting my car and it was a great first impression. The service team was fast and they made sure all of my concerns were heard and handled. I was in and out quick and they provided a beautiful new loaner vehicle for me to use while mine was under repair. Everything was under warranty so I didn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket. 10/10

On Monday I was told by Mariantha in service to bring in my brand new model y today since the needed part was due to arrive yesterday and that they’d call me if anything changed. So here I am and the part didn’t arrive, and they can’t accept my vehicle and provide me with a loaner because the part isn’t here. What a huge inconvenience just to have to make this drive again.
Very poor customer service from the service desk all the way to the manager.
