I am posting this review to publicly document a serious and unresolved billing and customer service issue with Tesla. I own multiple Tesla vehicles. One of them, a Cybertruck, was involved in a collision approximately 4–5 months ago and has been non-operational since. Today I contacted Tesla Service to ask a simple question. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with, named Heather, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was dismissive and rude, and she showed no interest in assisting or listening to my question. Had a great service experience with Tesla Lake Forest. Had an issue where my screen went dark. It wasn’t a separate battery fixed, but they actually ultimately had to replace my CPU. But the key issue, is they quickly took in the car, gave me a loaner, continue to notify me regularly on updates to the repair, even though it took over a week to address and fix.
