The staff and manager are welcomingly helpfull. I just bought a tesla preowned that came with a few alarms and maintenence requirements. This service location completed all requiements free of charge and was helpfull in obtaining a free loaner during the service period.
Excellent service. I ran over some random road debris off a landscapers truck and they installed some front aero clips on the spot. I didn’t catch their names but other reviewer mentioned Michele? She was super helpful.
I chose this Tesla Service Center because the Irvine and Costa Mesa locations didn’t have any next-day appointments available. I’m so glad I made the drive. Making an appointment was easy, and the check-in process was even smoother. I arrived on time and was greeted by an employee immediately with no waiting.
