I am posting this review to publicly document a serious and unresolved billing and customer service issue with Tesla. I own multiple Tesla vehicles. One of them, a Cybertruck, was involved in a collision approximately 4–5 months ago and has been non-operational since. Today I contacted Tesla Service to ask a simple question. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with, named Heather, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was dismissive and rude, and she showed no interest in assisting or listening to my question. Instead of trying to help, her responses felt rushed and irritated, as if my call was an inconvenience. Had a great service experience with Tesla Lake Forest. Had an issue where my screen went dark. It wasn’t a separate battery fixed, but they actually ultimately had to replace my CPU. But the key issue, is they quickly took in the car, gave me a loaner, continue to notify me regularly on updates to the repair, even though it took over a week to address and fix. Really bad service here!! I specially made an appointment to know more or less how long repairing my windshield would take. I dropped my car at 9'30am and my given approximate completion time was 11'30am the same day. Then, I received a message telling me that my car would only be ready the following day at 2pm!!
