I own a 2024 Tesla Model Y. A few months ago, the door failed and could not be opened from the inside. Tesla sent a mobile technician who removed the interior door panel and “fixed” the problem, but then failed to reinstall the panel correctly, leaving a visible gap. Great folks working here, always attentive ... The technicians who come to the house are also very attentive ... Be sure to meet Rheem if you're ready for some extra cameras installed too 😉 ;) Cane in for service and David was kind enough to take me in early to look into a noise issue

I am posting this review to publicly document a serious and unresolved billing and customer service issue with Tesla. I own multiple Tesla vehicles. One of them, a Cybertruck, was involved in a collision approximately 4–5 months ago and has been non-operational since. At the time of the accident, the Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscription for this vehicle was canceled.
