I arrived at the shop for my car repair today only to be told that the repair part is not available, and I can’t get my car fixed. Remind you that my appointment has already been rescheduled once before because they couldn’t get the part delivered in time. This time they rescheduled it again after I showed up in-person and I had to take time off from work for this. This is very unprofessional.

Went in for an alignment and get the steering wheel recentered. Upon pickup, steering wheel was not recentered which means they failed to due the alignment properly by their own process. Then was told to come back in the following day. I waited almost an hour for a tech to drive my vehicle to prove I wasn't lying I guess, only to be told they were short staffed and could not re align it and to make another appointment. I tried to use this service center to fix a wire chewed by a rodent in my Model Y. It would have cost $1250 and taken 3 separate visits over multiple days. Instead I went to a local shop and it was solved for $500 with a single visit. It's also nearly impossible to get a hold of them by phone and they are so slow to respond via text, while the local shop is so pleasant and helpful.
