Reviews from other users are absolutely right. The lady at the service drop off area is utterly rude and unprofessional. I was the only customer there waiting in front of my car for 15mins. She knew i was there, passed by me and my car a couple of times, but no eye contact no greeting just ignored me. When I came up and greeted, she just asked me to wait without moving her eyes off the computer screen. A robot would be way better.
Absolutely unacceptable service. We brought our car in for a squeaky brake noise on a vehicle that is only 6 months old, fully expecting it to be checked under warranty. Instead, the service center did not even bother to properly inspect the car and immediately brushed us off. Without doing any real diagnostic work, they claimed the issue is “not covered under warranty” and told us we would have to pay out of pocket because it’s supposedly a “maintenance item.” This is ridiculous. Brought my model x in for service with a huge list and they didn't want to service the vehicle. They said even with the list of major concerns, that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, which is false. They are transferring me to Burlingame, so now I have to wait another month. Horrible service. Never come here.
Absolutely the worst service and attitude from Tesla employees at that this "service" location. I arrived at 3:00pm today, for my 3:00pm appointment. A tow truck was blocking the entrance so I went inside to ask what to do. Two sales people stare at their laptops and when I asked for help, they pointed to the "service" person, who had even a worse attitude. Why even bother coming to this service center? They are just going to tell you your issue is “normal” anyways. I scheduled an appointment weeks ago on the app with a video and description of the issue. I assumed it was reviewed when parts were being ordered and a time was scheduled. After waiting 40 minutes in line, the on-site advisors immediately dismissed the issue as being related to the weather (my steering rack was making a thudding/vibrating noise when retracting).
