Came in with a serious concern since my car was vibrating quite a bit at speeds above 65mph. Tech suspected a possible issue with foam separation with one or more of the OEM tires but said they’d inspect and confirm. Was informed via the app that one of the tires was faulty and needed to be replaced along with a tire balancing as well. Avoid this service center. I had a front driver unit alert last year so I got some diagnosis done at a different service center. The problem got worse recently so I decided to go for a repair at the Palo Alto location. From the beginning, they told me they need 2 hours diagnosis time (1 hour at the previous center) because my car model was old. After the diagnosis is done, they sent me a cost estimate to replace the rear driver unit (alert is for the front driver unit), and I had to remind them to update the estimate lol. As... read more
Worst service center ever. The “supposed” Manager Victoria is very careless and ignorant. They charged $1663 for an issue of reduced speed. And literally 5 mins outside the service center, issue reoccurred again. When we went back to ask, this lady “Victoria” said, it will charge us extra to take a look again!!! This is a pinnacle of inefficiency and arrogance
The time I had a Tesla recall, it went very smoothly and I instantly got a loaner car with all my setting preloaded. That was nice. This time I needed to get a part (not under warranty) and it was sort-of not well organized and I had to talk to 3 different people and wait over 15 minutes. They don't have a service counter. It wasn't awful, but just not 5 stars
