This is by far the worst realty group I have ever worked with! We worked with Venka and it was a nightmare. We saw the house twice, put in the application which he didn't even look at for almost a week. We told him this was time sensitive multiple times as we were trying to plan our move. My credit score is almost perfect and my roommate had a cosigner. Both myself and my roommate both tried to call him and text him. They called someone who does not live in my home nor have attachments to my home and shared my personal business. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. That was very disgraceful and i wouldn’t refer my dog there to get a dog house. Also when i confronted the sales rep she tried to justify her action by saying that other party was the first number that came up for the property which is not true because this person had no attachment to the property i really wish i could sue
