Amazing service from Tesla Montreal team! Brought in my Model 3 for a several much needed repairs, fixed it same day, and also provided a courtesy loaner vehicle. Incredible service from all service advisors, Thomas was one of them! And for the sales/delivery department, thanks to Yvonne! Took the time to explain everything about the car (Model X, Model Y) during my demo drive. Very knowledgeable! My next vehicle will definitely be another Tesla!
Horrible service and customer service. Don’t go to that location. Unless you want to waste your time. They will always do half a job.
