I’m extremely disappointed with how Tesla handled my recent purchase. For four days, we worked with Tesla to secure our vehicle before the September 30th EV federal incentive deadline. The team knew that after this date we wouldn’t qualify for the credit, yet they continued to assure us that everything would be ready in time. To show we were serious, we even paid the $250 order fee while still deciding which model we wanted.
