Very tough to get a hold of anyone post delivery, when you call it says to use the app. When I use the app I cannot get a response after 8 day of following up. Great car but the sales process was painful.
Arrived about 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment and was pleasantly surprised it only took about 30 minutes from checking in to driving out of the lot with FSD. Kudos to Peter who made sure we were all good!
I just took delivery of car yesterday evening, then was a small dent on hood which I brought to the notice of advisor, he advised to accept the car and booka service appt and tesla will correct it,I asked him to give in writing and he said that within 24 hours of taking delivery , tesla will correct everything that is wrong. So after accepting, I raised a service call within a minute which the bearded advisor with umbrella helped me with. Today morning I received a message on app to take the car to a body shop.
