Don’t buy a Tesla if you care about quality or customer service. My brand new Model 3 squeaks like a rocking chair, the service technicians don’t seem to have the knowledge or training to identify the issue, and I’m being told I have to wait at least 3 months just to get a loaner and leave the car there for them to experiment on.
Jason was AMAZING! Such a sweet guy ! He was very professional and FAST! He did exactly what needed to be done in way less time then I expected. Customer service was great from the beginning to the end! Thank you !
They are clearly understaffed and out of space at this location. Tesla needs to expand as their presence grows in this market. I would reconsider my Tesla purchase had I known how difficult service or body repair would be.
