I believe his name was Jai, one of your associates, a Black male currently working at your collision center. His conduct was extremely rude and condescending toward me, which made an already difficult day far worse. Frankly, his behavior was more in line with what one might expect at a cheap local car wash, not at a Tesla facility where professionalism should be the standard. I truly hope I never have to deal with him again, and I strongly urge management to address whether this individual is suited to represent your brand.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bryan Turner and his team on repairs for my Model Y, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their service was exceptional and thorough, timely, and clearly customer-focused. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the repair met the highest standards. Thank you for your outstanding work and dedication.

I had a very great experience with this service center and they had a loaner for me when I brought my car in for service. The best Tesla service center I ever been to! Got me in and out, made sure they understood me when I had needs and tried to accommodate to my time and schedule.
