I’ve had Tesla for over seven years and can honestly say they’ve been some of the worst service experience experiences I’ve had. This one I took in because I bought a “ certified preowned” about 30 days ago and immediately a tire kept going flat and the trunk wouldn’t always close. When I took it to this shop, they looked at the trunk shocks and determined that those needed to be replaced but told me it wouldn’t be covered under warranty.
