Highly recommend the Tesla Collision Center for their great service and attention to detail. The team listened carefully, communicated clearly, and was very thorough with the repairs on my Model 3. Carlos was my technician and kept me informed with every step of the process. My car was returned almost on schedule and fully detailed. They even took the time to inspect everything and discovered an issue with the harness that I wouldn’t have known about. Excellent experience overall.
Appointment gets cancelled a day before, all the sudden I was told I couldn’t tow in my car after getting it on schedule for over 7 days. Terrible customer service, shoutout to Sabrina the representative.
I wouldn't recommend this shop for repairs. I had a pretty standard collision repair I needed to get done on my Model 3. Long story short, when I got the car back, they apparently forgot to hook up the rear passenger tail light, even though they claimed they did all the post checks before I came to pick up the car. I didn't even realize the tail light was disconnected until I had people flashing their lights at me. I had to take the car back and get that fixed, which wasted more of my time, and sure enough it was just unplug... read more
Highly recommend for any Tesla needs! They are good at communicating and getting the job done quickly!!
They said all of the right things. We took the car to them FOUR times. Still not done right. I’m looking for a new shop!
