I am very disappointed with this place. The windows shield of my model 3 was replaced successfully but the engineer broke the steering column stalk. Orlando specifically said that I can just buy one and get reimbursement. Never got it after I submitted my receipt. Orlando kept saying it should be refunded but the money never came. I had to call and email multiple times for more than two months now. So frustrating as there was no clear communication.
The repair work was good - no issues I've spotted, but they made a mess of the rest of my car. More dust left inside than has accumulated in the 7 years I've owned the car. Also scraped my (leather) steering wheel, left at least one dirt mark by the seatbelt on the light interior material and somehow left a dent in my dash.
Drastically improved since the last time I was there
I had a terrible experience at this Tesla Collision Center. I brought my car in with a broken side mirror. At first, they emailed me asking if I wanted the repair done, but I never gave any authorization. Despite that, they went ahead and repaired it without my consent (I wasn't aware at all until they send in the bill) and then presented me with a bill that was double the original verbal estimate.
