Jack Minor went above and beyond while handling the repairs on my Tesla Model 3. I had a very frustrating experience dealing with the insurance company of the at-fault party, Lemonade, and the adjuster created several unnecessary issues. Jack was incredibly responsive, patient, and proactive throughout the process, and he worked hard to resolve every issue. Tesla Mabury center is a collision center, they don't offer loaner vehicle. They have only rental vehicle when I had my car dropped off over the weekend. Palo Alto and Santa Clara Tesla service centers offer loaners. Service was delayed few days due to parts broken during maintanace. Parking at this location is very limited, small office with no amneties.

I don't know how to give this shop 0 stars. It took approximately one month to complete the replacement of one wheel and perform the alignment. Throughout this period, there were ongoing communication issues with the insurance company, despite the full payment for the service having been processed. Consequently, I am currently being billed for the services rendered.
