I was a victim of hit-and-run and my Model Y had some damage on my front bumper. Unfortunately the opponent’s insurance company was the notorious Anchor General Insurance. Chose them despite being 2.5 hours away. If you’ve ever taken a door completely apart, they never seem to go back together quite right. I’ve even had issues with Tesla service in that regard. A local shop would likely be learning at my expense. Tesla collision nailed it. Not only is the door solid, no rattle, no loose clips, but somehow the panel gap is better lol. Great service! The rental service is at a great price. Had my car repaired fast and they cleaned it nicely, and also worked with the other parties insurance (for the repair costs, rental was billed separately).
