My car was in an accident and I called around. Most shops said 3-4 months to even get me in. Thanks to Jake from Tesla Owings Mills, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Henning and his team. Did a truly great job fixing my Tesla. It took a long time, but I understand the demands a car like this can take, especially with parts being more scarce. Great job!
I had a minor scratch on my car and although they were extremely busy, they took the time to advise me on my options and helped take care of the scratch. Klara was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
