I wish I would have read these reviews before dropping off my NEW Tesla! I purchased a 2025 Model 3 with the promise that Tesla would repair a scratched rim and replace a scratched door. Instead, I was bounced between locations, given conflicting information, and told last-minute the door would only be repaired—not replaced (of course after Aaron from sales made his sale). Thanks Ali Mason - excellent work and value! I paid out of pocket for self inflicted damage to my Model 3. Ali Mason, my service advisor, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did a fast and efficient job inspecting damage, providing quote, ordering parts, scheduling my appointment, and getting my car fixed on time, and to the penny of my quote. I got into a incident with my Tesla, and I had the absolute pleasure to work with David "consider yourself lucky if you get to work with David". He helped me out through the whole process always called me back quickly when he didn't answer the phone. He also kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process! Joseph from the collision team in North Phoenix is amazing! I scheduled an appt for an estimate of work that needed to be done. He asked me to stop by so he could take a look at the damage and he was able to handle the problem so quickly and efficiently without doing much work to the vehicle. We were able to cancel our future appointment since he took care of it for the estimate visit. Thanks again Joseph!
