Service team is top notch and a pride to Tesla. The sales/concierge kid who won't engage, leaves his head stuck in his computer, and is completely impersonal. Not sure if he is gaming, shopping, or chatting online. He should be looking for a new job.
My worst experience ever at an auto collision repair shop. They gave me an estimate of $14,000 in repairs bills and we approved the repairs with my insurance company. Four weeks later I got a messages that my car was ready and awaiting for final payment. I was confused about that because my insurance already paid for the repairs. The worst company. Do not do a lease w tesla. They will violate. If your system goes down, they will not honor the lease. My deceased husband got me into this mess. I did not sign the contract. DON'T BUY A TESLA. Sales are great. Service, and communication afterwards is worse than an airlines. We were rear-ended and had to wait 2 months just to get it to the repair shop driving around a damaged vehicle. About a month into that wait we noticed a vibration that got worse as we went above 55 mph. The only way to get service was their chat bot and it didn't understand. had three tires replaced per Tesla service recommendation (Tyco Rd). One of the tires was low on air and I took it to a local mechanic. He showed that one of the new tires which had a little over 20k miles was worn out. I called the Tyco Rd service center, and the tech said there is no warranty for tires that is worn out. I told him this is my 10+ car and there has never been an issue where a tire got worn out in 20k miles. He said it could be way I drive, I told him pull up the camera data and review my driving. Just trying to get my car in for windshield replacement. Even though they require an appointment to drop it off, they want to keep it all day. I have to drive 65 miles to get there. Windshields take less than an hour to replace. What is the point of an appointment if they are not ready to do the work?
This collision center took such good care of my Tesla! I cannot imagine getting better service from anyone else. I hope I don't need additional repairs on my car, but I cam thankful to have an amazing center within an hour from my house. Special shout out to Dustin- you are the epitome of customer service!
Well I was truly ready to head to Tesla Warwick to excitedly purchase a new Tesla 3 Series. However, after reading the horrific reviews of the experiences of many customers and how awful they were treated at Tesla Warwick, I have decided to completely abandon the entire idea of EVER doing business with these people.
