Angel and Addison were both excellent communicators and took their time to explain all the basics of collision repair when it came to repairing a Tesla. They follow up with your insurance as well, as required. The waiting area facilities are basic but adequate - with rest rooms and coffee essentials.
I've been to the Tesla Collision center before for repairs but this time was different in the best way possible. Ja'Larry made sure to communicate how things would go from day one and stayed on top of it throughout the process. My car was repaired rather quickly and even when they were waiting on a supplemental approval from my insurance this was communicated to me.
