Wow! This was my best experience ever with a collision repair. Communication was exceptional and the repair is beautiful. These people are impressive! And I cannot say enough good things about Joel Juarez who supervised my repair. He is great! Uh-oh, I'm running out of superlatives! I can't wait to bring my Model 3 in another collision repair! :)
Wanted to specifically write this review to thank Jacob Knight (the manager). My initial experience with Tesla Service/Collision was not great as I was scheduled in the wrong area which resulted in delays and incomplete repair work. However, as soon as Jacob found out about the error, he did absolutely everything he could to take ownership and remedy the situation. Ended up being a great outcome. Thanks!
