I 100% recommend Tesla collision, I came up here because I was having issues with my mirror , it seemed to be peeling off and I thought I would have to get it replaced and something just told me the whole process take a long time. My expectations were blown away when a young man named Kamerin assisted me and just snapped the mirror right back into place like it was nothing. I didn’t have to mess with insurance or not have my car or anything . 10/10 recommend!
Would give zero stars if I could. I bought my vehicle brand new and I originally took it in for a minor chip on the windshield thinking it could be filled easily. I wasn’t informed that my entire windshield would have to be replaced. From there is where all the issues have occurred. Loud wind noises , paint damage , interior and exterior damage all caused while under their care. My car door was dented and chipped. Great experience given miserable circumstances. First, as opposed to Tesla service, these people communicate like humans: you call, text, message on app, or email. My service advisor, David, kept me updated, worked well with my insurance company and delivered on time. The service could not have been better.
Just wanted to leave a quick note about how happy we were with the Dallas Tesla Collision Center. Ja’larry was fantastic from start to finish — super helpful, patient, and really thorough. He took the time to walk us through everything, worked with us on the timing to fit our schedule, and went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed right and looked like new again. The auto repair technician at this shop removed the invisible paint protection film from undamaged parts of my car while repairing it, and in the process, scratched off multiple areas of my car’s paint. Today, I had to spend an extra $200 to replace the film on the hood, but I can’t get the paint redone myself because that would mean removing the film again. It’s a new car, and this is just so upsetting.
