The front desk is awesome Reyna Vallejas. The manager who runs that shop is nothing but arrogant and incompetent. You would think that a Tesla dealership shop would do proper repairs. Let me tell you, that's not the case. They charged me to blend the fender, doors, and hood, but they didn't. Obviously, they didn't clean the car before taking it to the paint booth, because there were clear signs of bondo residue along the fender line where they did the repair. Stay away from them.
