Had some serious hail damage that they erased. They had to replace and repaint a few panels and they did a great job. ^ above was my original post. Since this I have been ghosted repeatedly when trying to contact the team. I finally, after a year, got them to look at my issues. I am receiving very little communication, push back on every encounter. Buy a Tesla, it’s a great company. The product is fantastic, safe and reliable. The team here is not.

They cancelled my appointment with asking me. More over the appointment I got was after one month.
I don’t know how they are as far as repair work because my car is still in the process. Most likely do to my insurance not paying for the damages ( no knock on Tesla, all my fault) but with that being said since dropping my car off, the workers have been more than kind and helpful. They will give you options on rentals, realistic price range ( obviously gotta be diagnosed to get an actual price), and overall stay positive. Great service, Prompt attention to details. Ernest provided awesome customer service and ensured work was completed on time within estimated cost. Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other bodyshop, so it made sense to get the work done with Tesla. Overall, great experience mainly because our service manager, Ernest. Five star for his service!!
