Team did an excellent job replacing and fixing my model 3. Great service, and Reyna, the service advisor assigned to my vehicle, was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

Went in for replacement of my front bumper and windshield after a collision. Team was able to get a new windshield and replace the front bumper in about 22 days but 6 days after the I left the paint started to peel. Tesla team advised me they would fix it but put me on waiting list that could take 2 more months. Currently on the waitlist at 14th.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tesla Collision Austin from start to finish. They made what could have been a stressful repair process incredibly easy. My insurance company’s initial estimate came in many thousands of dollars below Tesla’s estimate, but I barely had to get involved. The WORST….. my husband co-signed my son’s Tesla. The collision center was more than willing to speak w us regarding the Tesla until they had it at their shop. Then Refused to speak to my husband unless he had a Tesla App. Would not even speak to our insurance company to update them. Never will I deal with them again.

I can’t say enough great things about Ernest at Tesla Collision. Every single experience I’ve had with him has been exceptional. Ernest is personable, attentive, and genuinely listens. What really stands out is that he remembers the small details from previous conversations, which makes you feel like an actual customer he cares about rather than just another service appointment.
