Ernest has taken excellent care of me and my Model 3 every time I’ve been in to the shop. A couple of insurance claims that went very smoothly, and one warranty claim. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied.
I brought my Tesla in after being rear-ended, and the team at Tesla Collision Center made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. My advisor Ernest was fantastic — he handled all the communication with the insurance company and had my car repaired and back to me within two weeks. On top of that, they even detailed the car before returning it, which was a really nice touch. If my Tesla ever needs collision work again, I’m definitely coming back here. Highly recommend!

Reyna saw the blemishes were just that—cosmetic only and no need for $1,800 service. Bumper was inspected, confirmed safe, and they buffed out the scratches... on the house. Like everything Tesla I am utterly shocked by the efficiency and just out of box thinking this facility represents. Every time I had to deal with them since somebody rear-ended me was in and out in minutes. Everybody was honestly a delight to deal with. This is the way it should be done everywhere and this is exactly why I own a tesla. I give this facility and its employees an A++ rating. It really sucks to have somebody hit your car like this but at least when it does the response is hyper-efficient...
Had hail damage, and had a lot of replacements done. A tail light was installed wrong and broke "after warranty" due to faulty installment, which was identified and fixed by another Tesla mechanic. They crushed their service. When calling back about the cost, just got dismissed with out of warranty. I'm not a mechanic so I can't identify "faulty installment" but I should've brought it to them first apparently so they can take a look.
