I have UNFORTUNATELY had to come to the collision center multiple times this year for major body work after a couple not-at-fault accidents. FORTUNATELY, my experience has been stellar abs honestly the best Tesla experience i've ever had. My service agent (Ernest) kept me up to date on repairs and things were resolved very quickly. I just got my car fixed for damage caused by other driver. Everything went smoothly. I just want to give a huge kudos to friendly and professional staff.
Had some serious hail damage that they erased. They had to replace and repaint a few panels and they did a great job. ^ above was my original post. Since this I have been ghosted repeatedly when trying to contact the team. I finally, after a year, got them to look at my issues. I am receiving very little communication, push back on every encounter. Buy a Tesla, it’s a great company. The product is fantastic, safe and reliable. The team here is not.
