They cancelled my appointment with asking me. More over the appointment I got was after one month.
I don’t know how they are as far as repair work because my car is still in the process. Most likely do to my insurance not paying for the damages ( no knock on Tesla, all my fault) but with that being said since dropping my car off, the workers have been more than kind and helpful. They will give you options on rentals, realistic price range ( obviously gotta be diagnosed to get an actual price), and overall stay positive. Great service, Prompt attention to details. Ernest provided awesome customer service and ensured work was completed on time within estimated cost. Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other bodyshop, so it made sense to get the work done with Tesla. Overall, great experience mainly because our service manager, Ernest. Great service, excellent communication. Work was done quicker than quoted. Accidents happen, but knowing that my Tesla was serviced by pros that knew what they were doing was very reassuring. They dealt with the insurance company and made it easy. Thanks
