Tesla, you knocked it out of the park! I already knew Tesla customer service is in a different league than every other car maker and my experience with the Repair Centre, and their communications, still blew me away. Wasted my entire day because they refuse to pickup calls or clarify on the app. No courtesy or care after making the mistake too.
My insurance wanted to me go through their people to get it repaired but I insisted with Tesla, and honestly best decision. They have a whole detail team that cleaned up my car and everything which I was so happy by cause my car was a mess. Thank you so much.
