Great service, very accommodating, professional and completed the work accordingly. They have good attention to details and car was clean when I picked up the car.
I had an accident on a snowy day at the end of 2025, and Illia helped me as much as he could throughout the process. His customer service was professional, clear, and very easy to communicate with. While I don’t plan to return to the Tesla Collision Centre for accident repairs, I would definitely go back just to have a coffee with him ^^ I was genuinely happy with his support. Thank you, Illia!!!
Probably the worst experience I have had. Avoid this location.
I’ve had two experiences with Tesla. The first time was a bit challenging with Thomas, but my second experience was excellent. Alex stepped in, handled everything smoothly, and made the process seamless. Really glad I got to work with Alex!
