I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Tesla Collision, I feel it's important to share it. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The first issue occurred when we dropped off our Cybertruck. The service advisor was rude, abrupt, and belittling whenever I asked questions. I understand that I'm not a collision repair expert, so that's exactly why I was asking questions.
