My insurance wanted to me go through their people to get it repaired but I insisted with Tesla, and honestly best decision. They have a whole detail team that cleaned up my car and everything which I was so happy by cause my car was a mess. Thank you so much. Update - On my second Tesla and the second time someone struck my car on the road again…. But the Tesla Oakville team to the rescue! Repairs only the factory can perform
Worked with Ilya on my Tesla repairs. Couldn't have been a better experience - everything was prompt, professional, friendly. Would ONLY take my Tesla here and nowhere else for repairs (hopefully not again but you never know). Great experience!
Fixed my windshield and even did a full cleaning of my car which was amazing, thanks!
We brought our Tesla in to have the glass roof replaced. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of communication leading up to the repair and through completion. We were even more surprised to not only get the car back very quickly, but it had been cleaned inside and out. Hopefully we don’t need this type of work again but would definitely return to this location.
