Rijesh Bajracharya is the most supportive, attentive and dedicated Tesla member I’ve ever met, far exceeding the normal attitudes met with any other dealership other than Tesla. Called me back multiple times all in my interest, spent extra time and effort to help me with questions and any extra enquiries. For someone who doesn’t get a commission off sales, this is superb performance and a dream employee for any company. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience, not specific to this service center as have experienced similar at others. Car has had a weird buzzing noise from steering wheel for the past 10 months (car is nearly a year old) First I tried Tesla footscray and they were unable to hear or find the issue (at this point, I did not know it was from the steering wheel either, so fair enough) A few months later, I had finally found the issue and was able to stop the noise by pressing my thumb against a specific part of the steering wheel. We had an incredible experience with Tesla’s customer service , truly above and beyond! From the moment we walked in, the process was smooth, informative, and refreshingly pressure-free. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED: I purchased my Tesla Model 3 less than two weeks ago from Mulgrave, and the experience has already been incredibly disappointing. Just three days after taking delivery, I brought the car to a trusted car detailer (Happy Tint), who pointed out six bird dropping etch marks on the front and rear of the car. These stains are only visible under direct light and clearly show signs of previous buffering attempts—evidence that Tesla had already tried to remove them.
