Hello, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at the Tesla showroom located at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square. During my visit(s), I worked directly with a Tesla employee named Bry. Bry was the representative who assisted me throughout the process and was the individual who handled the requests for multiple deposits related to Tesla vehicles. Literally waited forever to see a car. Only 3 workers, who were in the middle of closing deals, and not eager to notice us or help. There were also others waiting and no one to show a car. Clearly they want you to just buy online and not bother them. I would never even buy a Tesla, but there were extenuating circumstances making this the best option, but probably won’t after this.

This rating is with regards to service, and they did not do a great job. I came here because I scheduled to pick up a used 2022 Tesla Model 3. As soon as I arrive, two agents are already talking to others, fair. I sit down and wait my turn. Once they’re done, they walk away, and never acknowledged me or others arriving.
