I came to pick up my first Tesla, the staff were very attentive and positive. They explained everything to me clearly, and I want to thank them.
I had a 10:00 AM delivery appointment for my Model Y. When I arrived, the location was already quite busy with several parties—some there for deliveries, others for questions or demo drives. At opening, there was only one advisor handling the delivery desk, which understandably led to some delays. By the time I was assisted, I was told that my vehicle wasn’t ready to be pulled out yet.
