Literally waited forever to see a car. Only 3 workers, who were in the middle of closing deals, and not eager to notice us or help. There were also others waiting and no one to show a car. Clearly they want you to just buy online and not bother them. I would never even buy a Tesla, but there were extenuating circumstances making this the best option, but probably won’t after this.

This rating is with regards to service, and they did not do a great job. I came here because I scheduled to pick up a used 2022 Tesla Model 3. As soon as I arrive, two agents are already talking to others, fair. I sit down and wait my turn. Once they’re done, they walk away, and never acknowledged me or others arriving. The handover was super rushed. They didn't explain what I was getting or properly show me the car—just had me sign documents. For instance, I had no idea about the $2,000 Supercharging credit for trade-in is for new car only until after I drove off. I was still waiting it show up in my account. Customer service was basically absent (most stuff is online, as others say).
