Horrible customer service. No one should come to this store and nobody should buy Tesla. They cancelled my demo drive last minute without any notification. If demo drive is such a bad experience imagine owning a Tesla and its service
Honestly a horrible service center. Made an appointment for nearest available appointment which was 3+ weeks away. Took the day off from work to travel 1.5 hours for the yoke peeling off replacement along with a gps issue. Service estimate completion time was Friday (same day by 4pm), as 4pm came around the app updated the time to the following Monday by 5pm. After following up with the service center we were told that they haven’t been able to get anything done on it that day and they needed more time. Totally unacceptable ... read more
